Earlier this month, we were surprise-visited by the FDA (Federal Food & Drug Administration) and passed our inspection with flying colors; No infractions or citations, just a clean inspection report! As per FDA guidelines, the FDA can show up unannounced as to see first-hand how a business truly operates.
As an FDA registered company, these inspections are extremely important. An FDA inspection, if failed, can bring a business to a screeching halt. The FDA has the ability to immediately issue stop sales on all products and to issue nationwide recalls if they find it necessary.
