We want you to be completely happy with our products. If you are ever unsatisfied with a Wholistic Pet Organics product, please contact us within ninety days of purchase, and we will do our best to make it right!
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to all Wholistic Pet Organics products, whether opened or unopened, as long as they are within ninety days of purchase and meet the conditions described below. For products that have been opened, the guarantee is intended to cover reasonable first-time use so that you and your pet can try the product. We cannot accept returns where the container is empty or nearly empty. In general, there must be a measurable amount of product remaining, at least about half of the original contents, so that we can evaluate or test the product if needed.
We may limit or decline refunds or replacements in cases of repeated claims on the same product, claims submitted more than ninety days after purchase, or patterns of abuse of the satisfaction guarantee.
Time Frame for Returns
Our one-hundred percent satisfaction guarantee and return policy apply to all purchases made within ninety days of the purchase date. Requests for refunds, replacements, or other resolutions must be submitted within this ninety-day period.
After ninety days, products are no longer eligible for return, refund, or replacement under this policy. While we always strive to ensure complete satisfaction, any requests made beyond this time frame will not be covered by our guarantee.
Proof of Purchase and Eligibility
To process a refund, exchange, or other remedy, we require a receipt, order confirmation, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Without acceptable proof of purchase, we are not able to issue a refund.
Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Wholistic Pet Organics. We do not accept returns for any product that is expired or that has less than approximately one year remaining before the best-by date printed on the package at the time we receive the return. If you purchased our supplements from a third party such as Amazon, an independent retailer, or another reseller, your return must be handled directly with that seller and will be subject to their return policy.
Condition of Products
Products must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection and evaluation.
Unopened products with the safety seal intact are generally eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy.
Opened products may be considered under our satisfaction guarantee, provided there is a reasonable amount of product remaining, generally half of the original contents, and the product is not contaminated, expired, or otherwise unsuitable for evaluation.
If returned products are found to be damaged, contaminated, improperly stored, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate them, Wholistic Pet Organics reserves the right to reduce or reject a refund.
How to Request a Return
Before sending any product back, you must contact us to request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for items you wish to return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
You must take reasonable care to ensure that products are properly packaged so that they are not damaged or contaminated in transit. If returned products are damaged or contaminated in transit because they were not packaged appropriately, we may reduce or reject a refund.
Our Error or Damaged Shipments
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally within seven days of delivery, with your order information and photos if available. In cases where the issue is a result of our error or shipping damage, we will work with you to correct the problem, which may include sending a replacement at our cost or providing another appropriate resolution.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually issued to the original method of payment. In some situations, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.
Once we receive your return, please allow a reasonable time for inspection and processing. After we approve the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
