Glucosamine is a natural building block of cartilage that can help to prevent cartilage degeneration. Glucosamine also influences the production of hyaluronic acid, the main constituent of synovial fluid, the lubricating liquid between joints that allows bones to move smoothly past each other.
Chondroitin sulfate helps protect joints by inhibiting the degradative enzymes that destroy articular (joint) cartilage. Without inhibiting the growth of new blood vessels in the joints, calcification occurs, and the body becomes unable to heal damaged joint tissues. Chondroitin decreases the degradation of cartilage as glucosamine rebuilds it.
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), a natural source of dietary sulfur, is critical to maintaining the connective tissue’s elasticity and flexibility in joints.
Our shark cartilage comes from New Zealand. We do not source any of our shark cartilage from any illegal fishing methods to which we, ourselves, strongly object. Please don't worry- our shark cartilage is obtained from legalized fishing methods, where it is processed from the remains of edible fish. Noticeable Difference in My Dog’s Mobility!
I really like the Wholistic Pet Organics “Run Free - Targeted Joint Support” powder supplement. It’s very easy to mix into my dogs’ meals and gives me confidence knowing it’s formulated with proven joint-nutrients like glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM for hip and joint support.
Since adding it, I feel like my older dog moves more comfortably and recovers a little quicker after active days—exactly what I was hoping for.

To be honest, i just received my product in the mail Tuesday so i just started my 14 yr young beagle on it yesterday Wednesday. So far so good. He loves the taste and as always eats his full bowl of food. I’ll give it a few months to see if it does my beagle any good with his mobility. Fingers crossed it does.

My little elderly Pekingese is super picky. Have tried different types of joint support and he turns his nose up at it. The last one had kelp in it and he wouldn’t even go near it. My two big dogs get that stuff and Charlie Bear gets his own container of Run Free.
My 11 month old lab loves this joint health product! We bought a smaller portion to try it out and had to purchase more! Love that it’s packed with joint health supplements (omegas and GLM) as well as pre/probiotics. Happy that I know that it comes from a reputable company. If you are not using this products, please give them a try. I have a 19 year old westie, a 6 year old chihuahua-terrier and a 7 year old Maltese, the medium size. Coby has a severe arthritis in his back, ones I stopped giving him the Joint Mobility, in a week, he started limping, went back to the supplement, in days, he was OK, walking much, much better. The Chihuahua, common limping, on and off. With supplements, has no in a very long time. I also give it to Sophie, my Maltese, yus for prevention. I also ger the digestive enzymes, and the Canine complete. I will never stop this products as long as I can afford them.

I have a Maine Coon who loves quail eggs. She needs one a week for digestion and hairball help. I thought freeze dried would be easy and stay fresh over time. Unfortunately, shipping the jar jostled the container enough that only was egg was in tact and most of the shells and inside was crumbs. I can sprinkle it in her food but she really loves batting the egg around and breaking it up herself.
