Production Assistant
As a Production Assistant with our company, you will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing production of products while maintaining a clean, friendly environment.
A Production Assistant provides a critical role in the production of our products. This position consists of two critical points of contact in the product production cycle. It is the first and last point of contact for finished goods before being boxed, stored, and shipped to end users. This position entails working knowledge of product manufacturing formulas, packaging, and quality control measures. This position also includes inventory control, product rotation according to expiration dates, lot tracking and traceability, as well as stocking shelves and assisting in other departments as needed.
The role calls for unfailing product focus, verbal fluency, teamwork, and collaboration within all levels of management and staff, a high regard for ethics, and strong organizational awareness.

Position Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh raw materials and finished goods
- Properly use machinery to accomplish job
- Accurately apply labels to finished goods
- Inspect all raw ingredients and finished goods for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain an organized, clean work area with an emphasis on safety to meet company standards
- Maintain communication between team members and management to ensure tasks are understood and goals are met.
- Help production team members in accomplishing production goals.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Accurately track inventory and alert management to levels
- Maintain legible, and accurate paperwork
- Perform all other duties as needed.
