Bodie's departure from the clinic was a highlight for Sacramento PD and everyone following his story. With well-wishers celebrating outside, fellow K9 officers and even the Police Department's helicopter there for support it was a bittersweet send off.
Way to go Bodie! Not only did you protect your handler and the other officers but you protected the children in the elementary school surrounding the shooting.
