Fourth of July Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Fourth of July Sale and Giveaway is sponsored by Wholistic Pet Organics, located in New Hampshire.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

3. Sale Offer

During the Promotion Period, customers may use code JULY25 at checkout to receive 25% off eligible products.

Discount applies to eligible products only. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, subscriptions, wholesale pricing, or promotions unless otherwise stated by Wholistic Pet Organics. Discount has no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases, taxes, shipping, or other fees.

Wholistic Pet Organics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sale offer at any time in the event of technical issues, fraud, error, product availability, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4. Giveaway Prizes

During the Promotion Period, Wholistic Pet Organics will award the following giveaway prizes:

Order Reimbursement Prizes: Three eligible winners will each receive reimbursement for one qualifying order placed during the Promotion Period. Reimbursement applies to the product subtotal actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, and any other fees, unless otherwise stated by Wholistic Pet Organics.

BOGG Bag Prize: One eligible winner will receive one free BOGG Bag with their order. 

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, and are subject to availability. Wholistic Pet Organics reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

5. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, owners, representatives, and immediate family members of Wholistic Pet Organics, as well as individuals living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the giveaway during the Promotion Period:

Purchase Entry: Place an order at wholisrticpetorganics.com during the Promotion Period.

No Purchase Entry: To enter without making a purchase, handprint your name, mailing address, phone number, valid email address, and date of birth on a three-by-five-inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Monday, July 6th, 2026, and received by Friday, July 10th, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person. Photocopies and mechanical reproductions are not accepted.

Limit one giveaway entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries, automated entries, incomplete entries, or entries submitted using multiple identities may be disqualified.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Four total winners will be selected. Three winners will receive an Order Reimbursement Prize, and one winner will receive the BOGG Bag Prize.

The random drawing will take place on or about July 10th, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the email address or contact information provided at the time of entry or purchase.

Winners may be required to respond within 5 business days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted, Wholistic Pet Organics may select an alternate winner at random.

9. Prize Fulfillment

Order reimbursement prizes will be fulfilled by refunding the eligible order amount to the original payment method when possible. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, Wholistic Pet Organics may determine an alternate reimbursement method.

The BOGG Bag Prize will be shipped to the winner or included with the winner’s qualifying order when practical.

Wholistic Pet Organics is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, undeliverable, or returned shipments or communications caused by incorrect information provided by the entrant.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize.

11. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Wholistic Pet Organics, which are final and binding.

Wholistic Pet Organics reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion.

Wholistic Pet Organics reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, supply issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Wholistic Pet Organics and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and as otherwise permitted by Wholistic Pet Organics’ privacy policy.

14. Governing Law

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
