Official Rules for Wholistic Pet Organics Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Wholistic Pet Organics, 341 Route 101, Bedford, NH 03110.
ELIGIBILITY:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Wholistic Pet Organics, their affiliates, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
BEWARE OF SCAMS:
If you are selected as a potential winner, we will contact you directly using the phone number and/or email address you provided with your entry. We will never ask for payment, credit card information, or banking details to claim a prize. Any such requests should be treated as fraudulent. Winners will not be notified via social media. If you encounter suspicious activity, please report it to us immediately.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.
TO ENTER:
- Automatic Entry with Purchase:
Place an order on Wholistic Pet Organics' website (www.wholisticpetorganics.com) during the giveaway period to receive one (1) entry. Each order counts as a single entry, regardless of order total.
- No Purchase Necessary Entry:
To enter without making a purchase, legibly handwrite your full name, address, phone number, email, and the phrase "Wholistic Pet Organics Giveaway" on a 3x5 inch card. Mail the card in a stamped envelope to: Wholistic Pet Organics Giveaway, 341 Route 101, Bedford, NH 03110. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. All mail-in entries must be received by the publicly stated giveaway deadline to be eligible. Bulk submissions will not be accepted.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The giveaway period will begin and end as stated in promotional materials. All entries, including mail-in entries, must be received by the end date to be eligible.
PRIZES:
Two (2) winners will each receive:
- One branded YETI Mug
- One branded YETI Dog Bowl
- Full reimbursement for their Wholistic Pet Organics order (if the winning entry was submitted via purchase), including taxes and shipping. Reimbursement will be processed through the original payment method.
If a mail-in entrant wins, they will only receive the branded YETI Mug and Dog Bowl. The reimbursement prize will not apply.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Winners will be notified via phone or email within five (5) business days. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, they forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical issues impair the integrity of the promotion.
- Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, or illegible will be disqualified.
- Any attempt to tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification and a ban from future promotions.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wholistic Pet Organics and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, postal delays, or entries lost in transit.
TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES:
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees related to the receipt and use of prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
DISPUTES:
The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes will be resolved individually and without resort to class action. Venue for disputes will be in a state court located in New Hampshire.
